After you have experienced surgery, illness or injury, you just want to get back to doing the things you enjoy.  But sometimes you need some help to get there.  The Home is dedicated to helping you.  In fact we have helped 85% of our admissions to get back home or to an assisted living facility after receiving our rehabilitation services.

Our Freedom Through Functionality strength-building program is designed especially for seniors to enable them to achieve their highest level of safety and independence.  We partner with Aegis Therapies to provide this program through their professionally trained staff.
