Description

Memphis Jewish Home & Rehab is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our skilled nursing facility located in Cordova, TN. This is a part time position working Saturday and Sunday, two weekends on and one weekend off rotation. The primary responsibilities of this position are to greet visitors and check them in, respond to inquiries from visitors, residents, patients, employees and vendors, answer incoming telephone calls, and process all incoming and outgoing mail for residents and staff.

Work Hours

3 p.m. - 11 p.m. Saturday & Sunday two weekends on and one weekend off

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a personable demeanor and have patience, tact, enthusiasm, and understanding of the health care environment while demonstrating effective written and verbal communication.
  • Must possess the ability to work with staff on all levels of the organization and have the willingness and ability to respond to all inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred).
  • Work authorization (Preferred).
